Eating Plan
Breakfast:

2 scrambled eggs with sourdough toast and 1 bag of Amaze detox tea before
Snack:handful of nuts and 1 apple

Lunch:

tuna and brown rice/chicken and brown rice with green vegetables.
Snack: one banana and rice crisps

Dinner:

250g of steak with steam vegetables with 1 bag of Amaze detox tea before
Liquids: 2L water and detox tea

DAY2
Eating Plan
Breakfast:

2 scrambled eggs and avocado and sourdough toast with 1 bag of Amaze detox tea
Snack: 1 pear and handful of nuts

Lunch:

turkey wrap in wholemeal pita bread with salads as filling
Snack: handful of berries and celery

Dinner:

vegetable stir fly with chicken or lamb with 1 bag of Amaze Detox tea before
Liquids: 2L water, vegetable juice (no added sugar), Amaze Detox Tea

DAY3
Eating Plan
Breakfast:

yoghurt with fruit salad and a boiled egg with I bag of Amaze Detox Tea
Snack: Avocado with salad and water with lemon juice

Lunch:

lamb kebab/wrap with tahini sauce or hummus
Snack: handful of nuts with banana

Dinner:

250g steak with steamed vegetables with a sauce of your choosing with 1 bag of Amaze Detox Tea before

DAY4
Eating Plan
Breakfast:

1 cup of rolled oats with skim milk/soy milk/almond milk and a cup ful of berries or bananas and 1 bag of Amaze Detox Tea
Snack: rice cakes with avocado and walnuts

Lunch:

kidney beans and taboleh with chicken/lamb/beef
Snack: hummus and celery sticks

Dinner:

roast chicken with broccoli and cauliflower with 1 bag Amaze Detox Tea before
Liquids: 2L water, Detox Tea

DAY5
Eating Plan
Breakfast:

Snack: 1 apple and handful of nuts

Lunch:

turkey wrap with salads as filing and wholemeal bread for wrap
Snack: 1 banana and rice crackers

Dinner:

Steak with steamed vegetables and 1 bag of Amaze Detox Tea before
Liquids: 2L of water, lemon juice in water and Amaze Detox Tea

DAY6
Eating Plan
Breakfast:

Breakfast: Protein Shake with handful of berries and peanut butter on sourdough toast. Also 1 bag of Amaze Detox Tea
Snack: One banana with a handful of nuts

Lunch:

tuna/salmon with salad
Snack: one apple and four scoops of natural yoghurt

Dinner:

Lamb kebab sticks with potatoes, vegetables and one bag of Amaze Detox Tea before
Liquids: Liquids: 2L water and Amaze Detox Tea

DAY7
Eating Plan

Rolled oats with skim milk/soy milk and sourdough toast with honey/peanut butter with Amaze Detox Tea before
Snack: One Cheat Snack (reward for getting to day 7)

Lunch:

Beef salad
Snack:Banana and handful of nuts

Dinner:

Thai Curry with Chicken and Amaze Detox Tea before
Liquids: 2L water and Amaze Detox Tea
