1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk - 1 Banana Roughly Chopped - 1/4 cup water - 1 teaspoon flaxseed - 1 packet Stevia or 1 teaspoon honey - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract - 7 to 8 ice cubes Instructions Blend until smooth.
